Refund Policy
- You may return any item purchased from vimalclean.com that was ready to ship and in unused condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt.
- For orders delivered within India - FREE Returns
- We will initiate a refund once the product is received back at our manufacturing unit.
- We will accept returns within 7 days
- For return requests kindly login to your account, and file a complaint at +91-7879391420 or mail us @ hello.vimalclean@gmail.com, mention the order number and the product image and then place a request. Our Service Manager will revert back to you within 24 working hours.
- Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to our warehouse and quality check is done. The customer needs to self-ship the product at the address mentioned on the product and the invoice.
- Refunds usually take 7-10 working days.
- Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgment has been sent.
