Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order through the website/M-site/app until it has been packed at our warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Still, if you wish to cancel your order after the order is packed, reach out to our Customer Care team at customer care hello.vimalclean@gmail.com or at +91-7879391420.
For order cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team at customer care @vimalclean.com or at +917879391420. Kindly note, orders can only be canceled before they are packed in our warehouse.
For order payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive the refund (including the shipping charges) into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.
